Our next committee meeting will begin at 7pm, business items to start, followed by a presentation from Predator free Wellington and Island bay.
Have you heard of Predator Free NZ 2050? Keen to hear what’s happening to eradicate pests and bring back native wildlife in your own area? Or maybe you have a trap sitting somewhere unused? Come along to the next IBRA meeting on 13 June, 8pm, Island Bay Community Centre where we will have four experts give an overview of all the activities along the South Coast. You can even pick up a trap and get a quick tutorial on how to use it. We’ll have Pattern Reid and Alastair Henshaw from Predator Free Wellington, Eugene Doyle from Owhiro Bay Residents Association, and Rupert from Predator Free Island Bay. See you there!
